The prosecutor's office confirmed that six jars of baby food contaminated with rat poison have been found so far. Two of these jars were found in a Tesco store in Brno. The company HiPP was a victim of blackmail: an unknown person demanded 2 million euros from the manufacturer, threatening to poison the products. The police in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, and Germany are working together. Parents are urged to be vigilant, although a large-scale threat in the market has not been detected yet.
