Biometrics — taking biometric data for a residence card: face and fingerprints. Only children under 6 years old are exempt from fingerprints.
The date of biometrics is the start of your deadline
You have 60 days from the date of taking biometrics to get the card (§ 117d). Not from the day the card was made. Not from the day they called you. From the day you gave your fingerprints.
This is important because the time to make the card is not officially set at all — "14 days" or "a month" are just stories from forums, not legal rules. This means your own deadline is already running, but the office has no matching obligation.
Who issues the card
Not OAMP, but the cizinecká policie (foreign police) — and they have different booking portals: rezervace.policie.gov.cz for the police versus ipc.gov.cz for OAMP.
