Registrace vozidla means registering a car in the Czech vehicle registry. If you bought a car in the Czech Republic, you must re-register it in your name, and the time limit is short.
Time limit and cost of mistake
🔴 10 working days to re-register. The fine for being late is up to 50,000 Kč.
What the amount includes
- Administrative fee — 800 Kč.
- Online through the Portál dopravy (Transport Portal) — 640 Kč, which is 20% cheaper.
- Vehicle inspection — about 400 Kč.
- License plate — 500 Kč.
